Amaury Guichon is the owner of the Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon in Las Vegas, Nevada. I discovered his amazing abilities on Facebook a while back and was blown away by the process and the end results! Every chocolate artwork caused my jaw to drop, and I could not wait to see his next creation. Soon, I will share links to lots more info about this amazing young man and his edible chocolate artwork!
